Management Systems

The ITCL Quality Unit , integrated within the Innovation Area; performs supporting tasks in many different sectors companies, mainly targeting SMEs's of Castilla y Leon, in order to achieve improvements on the internal management of these companies, enables a more competitive position on the market that will lead them to new future challenges.

This unit offers a wide range of services related to different Quality Standards and Models of Innovation Management .

ITCL started working in the field of Quality in 1989, being a pioneer in supporting enterprises with their work. These actions had been later spread to Environmental Management Systems, to Risk Prevention Systems and Integrated Management Systems.

ITCL has licensees on EFQM with accredited experience of over 10 years in self-evaluations within The Model in more than 40 companies and works with companies to obtain Excellence stamps.

In this field, models and references for excellence awards in Castilla y León and Cantabria have been developed.

ITCL has more than 10 years experience assisting companies of the metallurgical and mechanics sectors in the ISO TS 16949 implementation and auditing.
ITCL has more than 3 years experience implementing R&D&I Management Systems (UNE 166.001 and 166,002). Diagnosis of Technological innovation are being carried out from our Management Systems Area and we also collaborate with companies in dynamization and Management of the innovation.

ITCL was the first organization in Castilla y Leon authorized by the Labour General Department to conduct audits of Prevention Systems in companies, all according to the Decree 39/1997 for Prevention Services Regulations .

In the field of Business Strategies, we undertake strategic plans and Industrial Diversification Projects.
